Stomach Drain-NG Tube Test
Here’s the deal-
If they are able to continuously pump 4 of those tubes of fluid from her stomach then the NG tube must stay in. 🙁
Sleeping is bad she but is really drugged and likely won’t remember a lot (I Hope).
Hayley is a little more coherent today which means she is in alt of pain.
Since she is moving she is not wearing the compression stockings any longer.
Hayley is walking with quite a bit of pain and help still.
We are hopeful the NG comes out today.
The pain team has her on as much meds as she can possibly go on.
The effects of the pain are much greater than I expected.
Checked Residual Balance in stomach again for the NG-Tube Removal. There was still too much fluid.
Hayley still in “ICE” room on 4D and still has all 6 IV pumps running. They were all doing something different.
Hayley was up walking today. We do not require assistance anymore usually..
Dr. Shapiro is very happy with the way things are going
